　　●Conveying roller:The roller axis and the workpiece axis form an angle of 18~23°.The workpiece rotates while moving forward at a constant speed,making the heating more uniform.The rollers between the furnace bodies are made of 304 stainless steel and water-cooled.

　　●Feeding system:Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer,and multi-axis drive is set,and a single inverter is controlled to synchronize the operation of multiple axes.

　　●Pier head temperature compensation system:In view of the different diameter of the pier head from the middle part of the casing,a special pier head temperature compensation system is designed.The temperature compensation induction furnace is online to compensate the temperature of the pier head to ensure that the temperature difference between the pier head and the middle part is controlled within 20℃.

　　●Formula function:A powerful formula management system automatically calls the relevant parameters after inputting the steel type,outer diameter,and wall thickness parameters to be produced,without manually recording,checking,and inputting the parameter valuesrequired for various workpieces.

　　●Multi-channel closed-loop function:In view of the extremely unstable power supply system in underdeveloped areas and countries,a high-level multi-channel closed-loop system such as temperature and voltage is designed.When the power supply voltage fluctuates up to 20%,the high consistency of product process can still be guaranteed.
